We respect that it is the client's opinion that counts most. Therefore, we measure client satisfaction frequently and specifically through periodic reports and regular client satisfaction surveys.
At the core of our drive to achieve 100% client satisfaction is our client support system. Epiq Systems has developed a network of overlapping support procedures, including extensive cross-checks and redundancies, that is the best in our industry. Each client is assigned a specific relationship manager whose efforts are supported by client service representatives, trainers, account executives, managers, technology professionals and administrative associates as well as telephone-based, on-site, Web-based and printed resources.

We measure individual and group performance quantitatively. We define goals and measure performance with numbers and dates throughout the company.
